Persons and their requests, complaints are examined, served at the Administration in accordance with the rules for the examination of applications and complaints of persons in public administration entities approved by the Government of the Republic of Lithuania by Resolution No. 875 “On the Approval of the Rules for the Examination of Applications and Complaints of Persons in Public Administration Entities”, issued on 22 August 2007.
Persons are served on the premises of the Administration:
on general issues – reception of the residents by one-stop-shop procedure in Room No. 116, ph. +370 700 11 220, e- mail [email protected] ;
on social support issues – reception of the residents by one-stop-shop procedure in Room No. 116, ph. +370 679 03 114, e-mail [email protected], +370 679 03 118, e-mail [email protected] (social benefits, compensations), +370 674 78 268, e-mail jolanta.petraitiene@taurage.lt (social housing);
on civil registration issues – in the General and Civil Registration Division, Room 115, ph. +370 676 15 901, e-mail [email protected], +370 655 48 280, e-mail [email protected];
on agricultural issues – Rural Affairs Division, Room 101, ph. +370 672 87 470, e-mail daiva.jacikeviciene@taurage.lt (agricultural machinery registration), ph. +370 673 34 345, e- mail [email protected] (farmer’s farm registration);
on the activities of communities – in the entities of communities.
In the reception room, persons are served, their requests or complaints are accepted every working day during the working hours of the Administration and during the lunch break.
Pre-registered (orally or in writing: ph. +370 700 11 220, e-mail [email protected] ) persons are served, their requests and complaints are accepted on Mondays from 5 p.m. until 6 p.m.
The service of persons on social support, civil registration, agriculture and other issues can be organized according to pre-registration – the person registers by phone or e-mail and he/she will be assigned a reception time at the Administration.
Opening hours of the reception room:
- Mondays from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
- Tuesdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Wednesdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Thursdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Fridays from 8 a.m. to 3.45 p.m.
On the eve of public holidays, the time for the reception of applications is reduced by one hour.
Persons may submit requests and complaints to the Administration: by post, in person or through a representative. The representative’s right to represent must be proved by a written consent. By electronic means: e-mail to [email protected] , the E-delivery system https://epristatymas.lt, the website www.taurage.lt.
Individuals may submit requests or complaints and may be served in a language other than the official language.
Reception of residents with municipal leaders
You can register in advance for the reception with the Mayor of the municipality, Vice Mayor, Director of Administration by phone tel. +370 700 11 220, by email [email protected] or verbally (Respublikos str. 2, Tauragė, cabinet no. 116).
